Below are six easy steps to guide you through using a menstrual cup.

01.Keep it clean
For the purpose of proper use and safety it is essential that both your hands and your cup are clean before you attempt to use your menstrual cup. Wash your hands with soap and water. Your menstrual cup must be sanitized before use at the beginning or your period. You can do this by placing in boiling water (water must be at a rolling boil) for 3 to 5 mins. Now that you cup has been sterilized and your hands are clean let’s move onto the next step.
02.Fold and Hold
There are several different ways that you can fold your menstrual cup. Why fold? To make it easy to insert by creating a small insertion point. Hold the labia apart so that you can easily insert.
03.Relax and get comfortable

04.Get the angle right
